FHA Lending Limit

September/October 2011

Currently at $316,250.  As of October 1, 2011 the new limit will be $271,050.  Also, know that FHA is normally not available for condo units.

These new limits shouldn't have a HUGE impact on the Tucson area because the median home price is below this level.
